We believe all persons have dignity and value.
Some, because of physical and intellectual disabilities, find themselves unwillingly isolated and segregated. Our commitment is to provide opportunities in our community that will enable people of all ages to maximize their independence, achieve their personal goals, and attain the highest quality of life with dignity and purpose.
Our program is licensed for 140 residents, and certified for Medicaid participation as an Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Canton Manor accepts individuals that have:
- Specified intellectual disabilities
- Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastronomy (PEG) feeding tubes
- Intermittent tube feedings
- Continuous tube feedings
- Behavioral concerns
- Medical concerns
- Medicaid funding
- Nutritional evaluation
- Psychological evaluation
- Background information
- Current medications
